Yarice Hidalgo
Brings 25+ years of experience in the nonprofit, philanthropic, and corporate social responsibility fields. Yarice is deeply committed to closing the opportunity and salary gap for underrepresented communities by promoting jobs and careers in the technology field.
Board of Directors

Steve Vinter
Clerk
13-year Google veteran with experience as site lead and engineering director overseeing the growth of Google Cambridge as well as supporting startups and medium sized companies. Steve was the founder and president of MassCAN: Massachusetts Computing Attainment Network, a nonprofit organization that promoted equitable opportunities for all Massachusetts students to have access to quality K–12 computer science education.

Claudio Martinez
President
30+ years of civic leadership and nonprofit senior executive experience. Claudio has worked in community development and as a community organizer. He has been a tireless advocate for youth and a promoter of accessible quality education.

Damon Cox
30+ years of experience in the areas of marketing and promotion, economic development, philanthropy, and entrepreneurship. Former Assistant Secretary for Technology and Innovation of the Commonwealth of MA. He is currently the Head of Next Practice and Inclusive Growth of MassChallenge.

20+ years of experience as a technology executive. He is the CEO and founder of CyberWarrior Academy, a global cybersecurity talent factory as well as a leader of numerous initiatives to promote professional development for youth and adults in the technology field.

Jonathan Edwards
COO
CyberWarrior Foundation
25+ years of experience combining vision with organizational design, collaborative processes, and strategic implementation. 18+ years of experience working to improve town-wide service delivery and regional cooperation in the town of Whately, Massachusetts.
