Program Partners

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary despite not having access to a higher ed degree. It takes a trans-sector approach to bridge the opportunity and economic gap for disadvantaged communities.

Program partners

Every organization carries their own biases and their experiences formed assumptions. Therefore, we promote saving spaces to have courageous conversations with our partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries, and encourage active listening. Together, we embrace innovative solutions to tackle ongoing problems and address personal challenges that underserved and underrepresented communities are facing so they can fully engage academically, emotionally and socially in Cybersecurity learning and, thus, achieve economic mobility.

Partnership across sectors

As part of our program offer, the Foundation provides hands-on experience, development of soft skills, mentoring/ coaching and support during job searching and while working. Through this, we are responding to the corporate demand for a more diverse workforce in the cybersecurity space.

To guarantee the success of our program we partner with schools, non-profits, NGOs and companies that have built strong relationships with youth and young adults and that are capable of offering the necessary social support services for them to succeed. Our training approach engages community colleges, local employers, workforce stakeholders and ed-tech innovators to provide tools, skills, credentials and the hands-on experience necessary to meet the demand for cybersecurity talent.

Our curriculum and instructional strategy are developed and validated through active engagement with leading corporations and cybersecurity leaders such as Fidelity Investments, Houghton Mifflin, Rapid7, Eastern Bank, Carbon Black, and Akamai.

Further, the content was built using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) framework and is currently mapped to the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE). Our key partner, CyberWarrior Academy, is also a Certified Apprenticeship Provider by the Massachusetts Department of Labor.

We invest in our partners as well

We build and strengthen capabilities and partnerships among our stakeholders to improve opportunities for targeted youth and adults that can be sustained and expanded over time.

We believe that our role is to work WITH the organizations not FOR them. Therefore, we rely on the educational experts who have built strong relationships with students, youth and adults in their community to help us with recruitment and integration of the program.

We invite you to walk with us and BE the difference for the people who are willing to have a chance to be economically active and improve their living conditions, their families’ situation and their communities as well.
